You affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter this Agreement. Supplemental policies (e.g., Shipping, Returns, Privacy) are incorporated by reference and may be updated independently; you waive notice of individual updates.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date accordingly. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Scope of Services

Our Services enable you to browse, purchase, and manage orders for Petropill products. Access from jurisdictions where such use is illegal is prohibited; compliance with local laws is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—text, images, code, graphics, trademarks, and logos (the “Content”)—is owned or licensed by Petropill. You may view, download, or print Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (copying, distribution, derivative works) requires our prior written permission.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

6. Submissions & Feedback

7. Order Policies

Your purchase orders are subject to our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies (see those pages for full details). Orders may be canceled within 24 hours; returns are accepted within 180 days under specified conditions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason, without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Our Services—and all Content—are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petropill disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not enforceable, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Petropill and its affiliates against all claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Services, or your submissions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Polk County, Florida for any disputes not resolved through informal negotiation.

12. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications from us (e.g., email). Such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions will be severed, with the remainder enforced.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: We may assign our rights under this Agreement without notice.
