1. General Processing Information
- Order Confirmation: Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
- Support Hours: Our customer care team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM EST (GMT-05:00).
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders after this cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.

3. Handling & Transit Times
We ship Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time (excluding U.S. federal holidays listed below). Total delivery time equals Handling Time + Transit Time.

4. U.S. Postal Holidays (No Processing)
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
5. Order Tracking
- Within 1–2 business days of processing, you’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.
- Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
- If no tracking appears after 7 days, it means your parcel is awaiting its first scan—please check again after 24 hours.
- If your shipment surpasses the estimated delivery window, contact us for assistance.
6. Customized & Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized items require additional design/production time.
- We will notify you of any extra lead time based on the complexity of your request.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- No shipments to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO or similar military addresses
- International destinations
- Returned Packages:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in returns. Returned orders are sent back to the carrier’s warehouse and disposed of.
- A new shipping fee applies to re-ship returned orders.
8. Incorrect Address & Redirection
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
- Petropill is not responsible for parcels delivered to wrong addresses or for forwarding requests made directly with carriers after dispatch.
- Any redirection or address updates requested after the package leaves our warehouse are at your own risk and expense.
