Return Policy

At Petropill, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please read the guidelines below to understand how returns work.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You may return non-sale items within 180 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Merchandise must be in its original state—unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by your sales receipt or packing slip.
  • Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    • Visit our Contact Us page or email [email protected].
    • Provide:
      • Your full name as it appears on the order
      • Order number
      • Brief description of the issue
      • Photos of any defects or damage
      • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
  2. Receive Authorization
    • Our team (available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM EST) will review your request and send you a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return cost: $0.00 (We cover shipping for damaged or defective items.)
  • Pack all items securely, include the printout of your purchase confirmation, and ship via your preferred carrier.
  • Email us your tracking number so we can monitor the return.

4. Processing Your Return

  • Once your package arrives at our warehouse (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays), we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • We aim to inspect and process returns within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • You’ll be notified via email whether your refund or replacement has been approved.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the credit to post.
  • Replacements ship at no extra cost and follow our standard handling and transit times (see Shipping Policy).

6. Address & Redirection Policies

  • Ensure your return address is correct. Petropill isn’t responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Items returned without authorization or to the wrong address may be refused or discarded.
