1. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placement, at no charge.
  • How to Cancel: Email us at [email protected] with your order number within the 24-hour window, and we’ll issue a full refund immediately.
  • After 24 Hours: Orders enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchanges

  • Selection Accuracy: Verify size, design, and quantity before checkout—errors here cannot be exchanged.
  • Alternative: If you spot a selection mistake, cancel (within 24 hours) and place a new order.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

You have 180 days from delivery to request a return and refund for non-sale items under these conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Any breakage or functional flaw upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Fulfillment: Wrong item, size, design, or material received.
  • Major Discrepancies: Product significantly differs from its online description.

Ineligible for Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., a loose thread) not affecting functionality
  • Defects caused by customer misuse or accidents

4. How to Submit a Refund Claim

5. Refund Processing

  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
  • Credit Issuance: Refunds—including original shipping charges—are applied to your original payment method. Allow 10–15 business days for the credit to appear; if delayed, please check with your bank.
