Cancel/Change Order Policy

At Petropill, we know that sometimes you need to rethink your purchase—that’s why we’ve made it easy to cancel or tweak your order free of charge, provided you act quickly.

1. 24-Hour Change Window

  • Timeframe: You may cancel or modify any order within 24 hours of the time it was placed.
  • How to Request:
  • Required Info: Please include your order number, name, and a brief description of the change or cancellation you’d like.

2. After 24 Hours

  • Once 24 hours have passed since your purchase, your order moves into production and cannot be altered or canceled.

3. Address Accuracy

  • Double-Check Your Address! Before you hit “Place Order,” verify your delivery details.
  • Petropill isn’t responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping fees will apply to reship.
